These Terms govern your use of the Dash App application, website, and related services (together, the “Service”), operated by [Legal entity name] (“Dash App”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

01 Using the Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live) to use Dash App. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your login secure, and for the activity that happens under it.

02 Your content

You keep ownership of the content, data, and materials you add to Dash App (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. 03 Connected accounts & TikTok

Dash App lets you connect third-party accounts (for example, TikTok) to publish your own content to them. When you connect an account, you authorize Dash App to act on your behalf for the actions you request, such as uploading and posting videos. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their services. You can disconnect a connected account at any time.

04 Acceptable use

Don't use Dash App to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malware, scrape or overload the Service, or publish content you're not allowed to share. We may suspend accounts that do.

05 AI features

Dash App uses AI to help you build dashboards and draft content. AI output can be wrong or incomplete, so review it before you rely on or publish it. You are responsible for what you choose to publish.

06 Plans & payments

Some features may require a paid plan. Prices, billing periods, and what's included are shown at purchase. Subscriptions bought through the App Store are billed and managed by Apple under their terms. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

07 Availability & changes

We work to keep the Service running but don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may update these Terms; if we make material changes we'll give reasonable notice, and continuing to use the Service means you accept the update.

08 Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dash App is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

09 Termination

You can stop using Dash App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms. You can export or delete Your Content as described in our Privacy Policy.
