This Policy explains what Dash App, operated by [Legal entity name], collects, why, and the control you have. Our approach is simple: collect as little as possible, keep it first-party, and never sell it.

01 What we collect

• Account info you give us, such as name and email.
• Your content and the dashboards, drafts, and settings you create.
• Connected-account data needed to do what you ask, for example the basic profile of a TikTok account you connect so we can publish on your behalf.
• Usage & diagnostics to keep the app working and improve it.

02 First-party by design

We built Dash App to keep your data first-party. Product analytics and any session diagnostics stay in our own infrastructure rather than being shipped to third-party tracking or advertising companies. Where we record how the app is used to fix problems, on-screen text and everything you type are masked, so the diagnostics capture behavior, not your private content.

03 How we use it

To run the Service, build and power your dashboards, publish content you ask us to publish, keep the app secure and reliable, and support you. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

04 TikTok & connected platforms

When you connect TikTok, we request only the access needed to publish your own videos (account identification and content posting). We use that access solely to carry out the actions you request and store the connection securely. You can revoke it any time from your settings or your TikTok account, and doing so stops all future access.

05 Service providers

We use a small number of vetted providers to run the Service, such as cloud hosting and infrastructure (for example, Google Firebase) and payment processing (for example, Apple for App Store purchases). They may process data only to provide their service to us.

06 Retention & deletion

We keep your data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You can delete your account from within the app; when you do, we permanently remove your profile, your content, and your diagnostics, including any session recordings, and revoke connected-account access.

07 Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to object to certain processing. Email us and we'll help.

08 Children

Dash App isn't intended for children under 13 (or the local minimum age), and we don't knowingly collect their data.

09 Changes & contact
